We routinely draft documents, negotiate transactions, and advise clients with respect to real estate leases, including complex commercial leases.  In the commercial leasing setting, our broad range of experience includes the negotiation and drafting of real estate leases for office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, land leases, options to purchase, and all other transactions affecting the lease, sale and purchase of real estate.

We also assist our clients with numerous types of real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of commercial real estate, property development, property management, commercial landlord/tenant issues, land use and zoning, and related matters.

In addition to real estate transactional and contractual matters, SKM’s attorneys have experience in consumer finance, banking, financing, insurance/ bonds and related matters. We provide consultation and litigation representation to general contractors, subcontractors, insurers and insureds, real estate construction and management disputes.
