Streubel Kochersberger Mortimer, LLC advises and counsels in all areas of employment law and on all aspects of the employment relationship. We provide counsel on how to avoid employment disputes and defend employers who find themselves in a dispute. We also represent employers and professional employees  in drafting, reviewing and revising employment contracts, and we provide representation for disputes arising from those contracts, as well as the defense or enforcement of non-compete agreements. We represent employers in administrative actions for unemployment compensation, civil rights violations, or in civil service hearings.

Our attorneys draft and review personnel policies, employment contracts, job applications, and other employment forms. We help employers investigate employee misconduct, including sexual harassment and regularly advise clients on employee discipline and termination. At our New Mexico law firm, we regularly represent employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in lawsuits involving the full spectrum of employment law claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, trade secrets, non-compete agreements and defamation. We also prosecute and defend trade secret claims and counsel employers in drafting enforceable non-competition agreements, and we represent both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes arising out of those agreements.
